These Terms govern the use of trimio.ch software. By registering a workshop account, you accept them.

1. Scope

These conditions govern the contractual relationship between the operator of trimio.ch (named in the imprint, hereafter “Provider”) and you as workshop customer (hereafter “Customer”). Deviations require written agreement.

2. Scope of services

The Provider makes trimio.ch available as a browser-based Software-as-a-Service. The scope of services is defined by the current description on the product website (Features, Pricing).

3. Trial period

After registration you receive a free trial of 7 days. During the trial, you can use the software without commitment. At the end of the trial the account switches to a paid subscription unless cancelled beforehand.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are as listed on the pricing page (CHF, excluding statutory VAT). Billing is monthly in advance. Price changes are announced with 60 days’ notice.

5. Term and cancellation

The subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled at the end of the current billing month — directly in the software or by email to info@trimio.ch. In case of payment default, the Provider may suspend the account.

6. Data protection and data return

The Provider undertakes to process customer data in accordance with the Privacy . On termination, the Provider makes a structured data export (JSON) available for 30 days; afterwards the data is irrevocably deleted.

7. Availability

The Provider targets 99.5% availability per calendar month. Scheduled maintenance is announced by email at least 24 hours in advance. Outside scheduled windows, the Provider makes no legal guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

8. Liability

The Provider is only liable for damage caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the previous calendar year. Loss of profit and indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the Vienna Convention (CISG). Jurisdiction is [VERIFY — operator’s registered office].
